1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fg664 ("fg664", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fg664 website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read alongside the fg664 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and fg664. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account if one has already been opened.

2. Eligibility

To register and use fg664, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform. fg664 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fg664 verifies age during the KYC process and any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted on the fg664 Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of fg664 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are unsure of your legal capacity, please seek independent legal advice before using the Platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting or casino gaming is prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to verify that your use of fg664 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold one fg664 account only. Registering multiple accounts (including accounts held by a spouse, partner, or family member sharing the same device or payment method) is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed. To register, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and create a password. You must complete KYC verification to enable withdrawals. The following account security obligations apply at all times.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. fg664 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive any communication requesting your password, report it to fg664 support immediately.
• You must notify fg664 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, if your registered mobile number has been compromised, or if you have forgotten your password.
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. fg664 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• fg664 reserves the right to require additional verification (including government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

fg664 may suspend or close an account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or for fraudulent purposes. In such cases fg664 may withhold any balance pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

fg664 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, USDT (TRC-20), and other methods as listed in your account's Cashier section at the time of the transaction. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket is ৳200. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and previously used to deposit funds into the same fg664 account. fg664 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered on your account.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC will not be able to process withdrawals. fg664 may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000 or the USDT equivalent.
• fg664 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases fg664 will notify the player and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.
• Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. fg664 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are recorded in your account's transaction history, displayed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). If you believe an error has occurred in a transaction, contact fg664 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date with supporting details.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

fg664 offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published on the promotion details page.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and are published on each offer's details page. fg664 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and expiry period are detailed on the individual promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement before the expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering requirement pathway, or used in combination with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• fg664 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus, free spin offer, or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the company's obligations to honour bonuses already credited and wagering requirements already in progress.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account closed.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the fg664 Platform are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport, market, or game, as published in the Rules section of the relevant betting or game lobby page. The following general betting conditions apply across all products.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. fg664 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect or erroneous odds caused by a technical error or data feed failure. Affected players will be notified promptly and any stakes will be returned.
• For live (in-play) cricket betting on BPL, T20, IPL, and international fixtures, bets that are placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined — whether due to a data latency issue or any other cause — will be voided and the stake returned.
• The maximum bet amount per event or per game spin is subject to limits set by fg664 and the relevant game provider. These limits are displayed in the bet slip or game interface. Winnings above the displayed maximum payout cap for any single bet or game round will be capped at the stated maximum.
• If a technical fault, game error, or server disruption occurs during a game round that cannot be completed, the round will be cancelled and the stake returned to the player's account. fg664 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from technical disruptions.

fg664 reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets, or restrict account betting activity where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption, insider information, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of sport or gaming. Such matters may be referred to relevant sporting authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

fg664 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a suite of player protection tools accessible from Account Settings at any time. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods (from 24 hours up to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to keep gambling a form of entertainment.

• Players who activate a self-exclusion will have their account suspended for the chosen duration. During a self-exclusion period, the player may not open a new fg664 account or use any promotional material distributed by fg664. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion are a breach of these Terms.

• fg664 conducts periodic responsible gaming checks on accounts showing patterns consistent with problem gambling, including rapid repeated deposits, large deposit amounts relative to account history, and extended uninterrupted play sessions. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fg664 Platform. fg664 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, void associated bets and balances, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the fg664 Platform, whether in your own name or using a different name, mobile number, payment method, or device, with the intention of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, spin slots, interact with live casino games, or exploit any aspect of the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or sharing insider information on sporting events.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, using the Platform to launder money, or using payment methods that do not belong to you or for which you do not have explicit authorisation from the account holder.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the fg664 Platform's software, databases, security systems, or source code, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or to fg664's internal systems.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

fg664 may suspend or terminate a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to pass KYC verification; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months; or at the player's own request. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time.

Where an account is suspended or closed by fg664 due to a suspected breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. fg664 will inform the player of the outcome of any such investigation within a reasonable time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the fg664 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, source code, graphics, logos, game assets, text, data compilations, and software, is the property of fg664 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any fg664 content without express prior written permission from fg664.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg664 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss not directly caused by a proven error on the part of fg664. fg664's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fg664 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. fg664 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

12. Privacy

fg664 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data fg664 collects, how it is used, how long it is retained, and the rights available to you. 13. Amendments to These Terms

fg664 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, fg664 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the change takes effect, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to fg664's operating jurisdiction.
